How information is used
Information is used to provide school management services, support authorized users, protect accounts, process school operations, improve reliability, and communicate important service updates.
School-controlled records
Each school remains responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection, and authorized use of the student, parent, staff, and financial records it enters into GOADEdu.
Security and retention
GOADEdu uses role-based access, HTTPS, production configuration, persistent storage, and backup practices to protect school data. Records are retained as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and agreed school operations.
